April Training Log: 79.7 miles run, 5 miles swim, 289.14 miles bike (more like it!) + 7500 situps and 1875 pressups.Same again for May then!

Today I cycled 105 miles inc. many of Derbyshire Dales' very finest hills! Did I feel like running a marathon when I climbed off?Not much!
